Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada, and is now American. There are more than 20 albums that have been released by her. Her music is categorized as alternative rock, folk rock but also has influences of jazz and hip-hop. The widely regarded feminist icon Grammy recipient Ani DiFranco is the mother of the DIY movement, and was among the first musicians to launch her own record label in the year 1990. DiFranco was born on the 23rd of September 1970 in Buffalo, New York. She is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), who was introduced to Dante Americo DiFranco while studying at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her mother was born in Montreal as is her father, who is Italian descent. 32 Flavors is a song that was written by and performed by Ani DiFranco.
