Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her university studies. She came back in 2015 and picked up where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years and set higher targets each year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness awards. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. Summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and was crowned 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her performance. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual exercise. Ariel gets the most out of her time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a light weight day as well as the second days heavy weight.
