Lindsey Vonn (born 18 Oct 1984) is a former American alpine ski champion, who was awarded silver in the downhill section of the Winter Olympics 2010. Her rank is second to none among female skiers and men on the basis of top scores. She is one the greatest and most beloved skiers of the past. Caroline Vonn, a World Cup-winning alpine skier from America known as Lindsey Vonn represents the US Ski Team. She has won four times of World Cup. She is a well-known athlete in American history. She is the only six women who have been crowned in each event on the World Cup circuit. She won the World Cup 82 times. An elite skier and one of the most experienced ski racers, she has made the decision to quit after the World Championships which are taking place in Sweden. The athlete retired following a lengthy list of health issues. The four-time overall World Cup champion announced her retirement via social media. Next week, I will compete in my final races for my career at the Downhill World Championships as well as in the SG World Championships held in Re Sweden.
